Becca

Back again, Becca is thrilled to be here for her 14th show! A wench by day, she has always loved performing arts and has found a little home here at McSweeney's.

As a sci-fi/fantasy enthusiast, she dabbles in various hobbies like modeling and loves playing dress up pretty much for any occasion.

You can find her jamming with The Vault, hanging out with her family and pets, or spending time with her dear friends. She's just a girl who's greatful to be on earth.

Mirren

Mirren is both delighted and incredibly grateful to be returning for a 11th show with McSweeney's Dinner Theatre!

Mirren has been performing on (and off) stage since age 5 and, since moving to New Brunswick in 2015, has been involved in numerous local and touring productions.

When not haunting theatres, Mirren can typically be found playing video games, writing music, spontaneously rearranging furniture, reading, hooking rugs, styling wigs, cuddling cats, kvetching, and doodling in the margins of scripts.

Mirren would like to thank their parents, partner, and castmates, without whom none of this would be possible. Enjoy the show!

Laura

This is Laura's second production with our talented cast. She is so happy to be back in action, and part of an amazing crew!

She has been part of some local musical acts, and finds great satisfaction in singing harmonies and playing instruments as a self taught musician. She also enjoys the sounds of nature, cat purrs and giggles!

Later in life to the theatre stage, you will still detect her devotion to honing her craft.

Eva

Eva (she/they) is a multidisciplinary theatre artist and absolute freak based in Mi'kma'ki. She is thrilled and thankful to return to McSweeney's for her seventh show.

When they're not bouncing around the stage at McSweeney's, Eva works across the province as a director, theatre educator and costume designer.

Offstage, you can find her co-hosting a late-night radio show, carousing the aisles of a thrift store, playing Stardew Valley, and spending time with the two loves of her life - her partner, Morgan, and their cat, Tilly. Enjoy the show!

Dave

"Hi, didn’t see you there." I am Dave. I wrote the show. I wrote some other ones too.

Then I directed them all.

In fact, I am so busy writing shows and then directing them that I don’t really have time to write this bio.

I hope you enjoy my work. Love you.

Jennie - Music Director

Jennie is pleased to once again musically direct at McSweeney’s - it’s always fun to create music for a great show with such talented friends! Jennie is a 25+ year veteran of (musical) theatre in the Maritimes and can be found working both behind the scenes and on stage. She has musically directed the world premieres of several Canadian works, including Don Hannah’s There is a Land of Pure Delight.

Jennie also teaches at Mount Allison University, where she serves as a collaborative pianist for soloists and ensembles, works as musical/choir director at Sackville United Church, performs as a freelance soloist and accompanist, and is the proud parent of a soon-to-be 11-year old who thinks the rest of the cast is way cooler and more fun than their mom is.

Jennie also occasionally sleeps. Enjoy the show!
